Set style carbide tipped band saw blade based on multi-functional tooth design. Special selected ultra-fine grain carbide tips for sharp teeth. High quality blade result from precision tip welding and grinding. The tooth modified raker set designed and tooth welding process is developed by our company. The tooth is made of imported cemented carbide from Swedish "Sandvik", with a hardness of 79HRC, and with high-quality backing material processed by our own heat treatment equipment. Effectively improving back strength, fatigue life, and tooth impact resistance.
